Lets begin the process of joining the Fruitflowers.com family!

avEIGHT is the official fruitflowers.com web hosting company. Your primary contacts at avEIGHT are Rick Smith and Micah Gold-Markel (collectively known as "The admins"). The admins use e-mail as their primary form of communication and can be reached 24 hours a day at admin@fruitflowers.com.

Now, we need to acquire some information about your IED Franchise.

First, please fill out the form below. The purpose of the form is to collect the information necessary to build a shopping cart system for your franchise. You can submit this content to us by pressing the "submit" button at the bottom of this page. If you have any problems or questions drop us a line at admin@fruitflowers.com.

After your online store has gone live changes to your store data (blackout dates, price changes, delivery charges, etc…) should be made through the IED admin tool (or your Byte Merchant POS system located at bytemerchant.net) located at admin.fruitflowers.com. At orientation you should have received an Excel document with your deliverable zip codes. Please log into the admin tool (we will give you a user name and password after we have configured your online store) as soon as possible to make sure all of your zip codes appear in the admin tool. Set the product prices, delivery charges and tax codes for your online store right away. If for some reason you are missing a zip code please contact us at admin@fruitflowers.com with the zip code you would like added to the admin tool. You will use this tool frequently, so please be sure to bookmark this page. If you would like to request changes outside of the scope of the admin tool please use the IED Issue Resolution Center (IRC) located at ied.aveight.com (please bookmark this page as well). The IED IRC is a web page that enables you to let us know what changes need to be made to your site (it can also be used to make suggestions). Any time you use the IRC you will be e-mailed a copy of the changes you requested and assigned a ticket number. You can use this ticket number to ensure that work has been completed in the manner you requested.
